I fail to see anything in that release pertaining to further dilution. Also, share count may be large, but market cap is currently pathetic. Sub $10M now and sub $15M fully diluted... for a company that had over $1M in sales last month.. after buying up a private company for $1.3M that had $2.6M in revs last year.. it will go up. Ppl seem to be waiting for the actual #s before buying in though.
