We are getting rid of large municipal customers that we are losing money on, solar almost gone along with it's losses, severence and other one time costs are booked .
They fully expect the dividend will continue as is and the payout ratio will fall from 147% down to between 56 and 87% within a year.
That's a good plan in my estimation. Selling volume is lower than some would expect so I see mostly small retail investors bailing at exactly the wrong time. The big investors are watching from the sidelines with a longer time horizon.

In my mind, management is doing what they are supposed to do and that is to make changes that will result in a stronger and more stable business model.
I bought 2,000 more @ 5.58 this morning that I am happy to hold for the dividend and wait for the numbers to show the improvement that will indeed come.
Just don't expect the company to accomplish the needed changes over night.
We are moving in the right direction.
The smart money is buying this morning NOT selling into the mindless hysteria !
