RE:RE:RE:DIARIOLIBRE NEWS ON PASCUA LAMA

RE:RE:RE:DIARIOLIBRE NEWS ON PASCUA LAMAWell there is a giant problem NG....Just ask shareholders who financed MSX. The expectation was, pertinent info would be disclosed in a timely way....as it must be for all public companies. The blatent disregard for this in the past, and your dismissal of such is beyond infuriating.

Throwing out roll numbers for disputed ownership of concessions, is simply an ineffective attempt to distract from the real issues.

ABX is not off the hook for their past transgressions (which are too numerous to list)...but they still control the concessions which surround the concessions in the roll numbers you list. I suggest you actually read the filing by ABX to the SEC available on Edgar re Pascua Lama 2011. They  have not left Chile as I pointed out in a previous post. Pascua Lama is now listed as a dormant greenfield op, after the write downs.

Shareholders have long memories. ABX can wait another decade if they want, to restart Pascua in conjunction with another player, or with their other Chilean holdings.

MSX shareholders have long memories too. Let’s see what sanctions the BCSC administers.
Too many angered MSX shareholders, who have lost substantial amounts of money, will be looking for real explanations with facts, not five year old stories.
