RE:RE:RE:IT`S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE FOLKS
RE:RE:RE:IT`S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE FOLKSI posted this in June so teh actual numbers may vary slightly now that we have more finnancials but the valuation technique shoudl be the same. Your way of thinking/math is just plain wrong in how companies are valued. You wanted facts, here are facts and numbers.
Here you go. 100M in bank. If warrants get exercised another 120M cash = 220MM 2 facilities with over 25,000 KG of production capacity annually conservative $4.00 per gram x 25,000kg = 100MM annual revenue whats the profit margin on that 50%? therefore leaving 50MM EBITA Industry multiple is what 16X? 50MM x 16 = 800MM Market valuation conservatively thats about a $2.00 SP not counting cash and future plans with the potential $100-220MM so in the near term based on actual hard facts SP could be $2.50 -$4.00 3-4 bagger on SP now if you have warrants which would in turn be around 1.50 conservatively you now have yourself a 10 bagger from current levels. Go find another MJ stock looking to be a 10x in the next 8-12months? Where are your numbers loud mouth, give the guy credit for sharing his thoughts. Pretty sure he is not bashing but just being realistic, and I agree with him...this company is still over valued just based on shares out standing versus market cap. so judging from your shallow reply with nothing to back up your stupid post, do you think HIP is worth 550 million shares at 47 cents each or $260 million when their total enterprise value is $165 million tops. And yes go back and read the Q3 report - 91 million shares of dilution coming in under 3 weeks time. So will 640 million shares still command 47 cents per share for a market cap of nearly $300 million - looks more to me like it is over valued by 100% which, if the sector continues to loose air will equate to intrinsic value of about 25 cents per share. 640 million x .25 = 160,000,000 - bang on dip shite...so where are your numbers.
