RE:Their last fake JV was Quantomic!As they said in the summer they did not pursue it because it wasn't economical. THANK GOD THEY DID THAT. 
Somehow this is anywhere remotely the same? Grasping a straws.
Need to see details, but the company has changed so much of what they say and post to be MJ and CBD related while also growing Bioganix. Seems to me they are fully committed to this direction.
