Four accounts here, three should have rounded down and one should have rounded up. I'll re-read the plan and court order to see if this was allowable for beneficial shareholders.

Here's what concerns me, far more than the loss of a single share: if RBCDI did this for roughly half of all accounts, they got to reap an ENB share for themselves each time ... this could be tens of thousands of shares.

If the MIC material seems clearly in our favour, I'll call RBCDI first and the OSC second.
