From your posts it's clear that you are well informed and know what you are talking about. I used to me a computer scientist for a drug discouvery company and I know from expierience how long getting a patent can take.
Anyways, in the interview with tw radio host there was no mention of patents. I wonder if the laywers had a chat with him. Let's see if the strips are indeed going to be on shelves after December 1.
