I just listened to the CC and you are full of shittt. They were not arrogant at all, in fact they were very forthcoming on almost everything and provided colour on what the institutional withdraw was. Turns out it was a pension plan restructuring.

The only question they decline to answer was their investment mix in their funds and whether they would do a buyback, which was pretty much answered by mentioning that the short term cash you see on the balance sheet is somewhat restricted but they will put out a press release if they do a buyback. Further to the dividend, they mentioned when calculated yearly the payout ratio is around 90% and has been like that for several years now. Again, you are full of crapp or your emotional quotient is zero.
