In fact I support Sakura Saunders and her work at Protest Barrick. I also know that some of ABX’s SEC filings IMO contained misleading and possibly fraudulent statements with respect to PL.
This however, does not excuse, nor allow MSX to lie by omission or distort facts with inaccuracy in releasing news to the public. The BCSC has found BJ/ MSX guilty of transgressions they accused him of. He will probably face heavy sanctions because of these acts.
The big question becomes IMO, did JRL and BJ conspire to defraud the public and shareholders with intent, in order to continue to secure financing? If they did....and it’s a big if, then they could possibly be legally pursued for criminal actions.
Two wrongs don’t make a right. Both companies IMO should be held responsible. Barrick has settled with shareholders in their class action suits. What does the future hold for MSX and the JV JRL and MSX struck? Do the concessions JRL asserts he controls leave him open for future lawsuits, that allow shareholders to recoup some of their losses? Time will tell....
