RE:Where does this leave the shareholders?Clarocity has sold its assets, so it seems that the company has zero value, but will continue to operate. Since it has sold everything of value and has nothing left to offer, will eventually declare bankruptcy. I think as common shareholders our best hope is that we get an offer to convert our shares, and that is a pipedream. Most likely we will be left with nothing, and Clarocity disappears.

That is my take, anyone else have thoughts?
