RE:RE:Where does this leave the shareholders?Out of the 26m common shares being issued, 3m are going to common shareholders.  I assume at market price.... so as 0.15 (just to make it easy, ILA trading at 0.16 before it resumes trading) 30 shares of CLY gets you 1 share of ILA. At 0.15, the common shareholders are receiving $450k for the value of their shares.
