look like cenovus isn't as strong as many analysts make it out to be. Gov't meddling the market is never a good thing, it is re-arranging winners and losers.  If notley can show me cutting production volume would raise royalty revenue to the province i might support it but holding prices while losing volume might not make any royalty gain.
