RE:TRUL - better than CURA - double the revenue!

RE:TRUL - better than CURA - double the revenue!
The current price level of TRUL has already factored in what you summarized. They better have an amazing quaterly result on Monday, otherwise share price will likely fall sharply.

While TRUL's revenue is the highest at the moment, you also need to consider the capability of expansion going forward and also whether there will be enough capital to back up this. TRUL is mainly based in Florida, and they recently expanded to CA by acquiring a venture in CA (what is shady here is that TRUL did not disclose the transaction value), whereas CURA has presence in 12 states, and now US$400M in the back to support them to grow at an enormous speed.

While TRUL is doing reasonably well in Florida, they will need to spend more efforts in expanding to other states, plus they will need solid capital to back up the expansion (equity financing? - further dilution to shareholders)  which will give me a pause on their further revenue growth potential.

On the other hand, CURA's price has got beaten down significantly since IPO, now trading way below below IPO price, making it an attractive investment as a lot of good stuff is not factored into the price yet.

Remember buy on rumors and sell on news. Now is the time to sell TRUL, as the news is about to be out.
