The date column is labeled "Date of initial licensing", so I think it has typically only shown the date when the first license (like a cultivation license) was received.
 
I don't remember seeing other cases where the date value was updated when a sales license, for example, was granted, even though the "Licence type" values do seem to get updated.
 
High Park Farms Ltd., for example, got a sales license on Oct. 1, 2018, but the HC page still shows 2018-04-13 in the date column, which is close to the cultivation license announcement date of Apr. 19, 2018.
 
Valens Agritech Ltd. and Alberta Craft Cannabis Inc., which also appear to have gotten B2B sales licenses (VGW, GTEC) around the same time as RQB, also don't appear to have been updated.
 
Maybe it's just a limitation of the database or other software in use for that page, where it doesn't yet support storing/showing the new B2B license type?
