RE:RE:HappyWhat caught my attention was that I heard, I think it is Richard Surprenant, saying that a year ago they were busy calling potential customers to try to get sales, but in the past year they were busy answering the phone calls from potential customers. So it seems that interest from potential customers is growing. I think that is great.

That should be good for them long term in terms of staying on the cutting edge. A possible downside is they could tweak themselves into oblivion "perfecting" things when they already have a proven product. That said, in the absence of sales, what else can they do but continue to lower their cost? Seems they are doing the right things.
