RE:RE:RE:Do Market Makers want to walk this higherXLY claim a 15% ownership? one assumes thats a fully diluted claim? the new law does not have anything to do with "controll of a LP" it simply states a LP "or its afilliates " hold more than 9.9% and clearly XLY holds 15% and are Clearly a Afilliate;;
