RE:Montalva..My understanding is that everything is on the table.  But preference would be to sell the project if they can get an acceptable price.  I wrote  this in July and it still applies today

 will add these comments: 

- the November 2018 updated presentation included some changes, one of which was the addition of the NPV of Montalva profit  to GRB shareholders expressed on a per share basis:  “as confirmed in court judgements - $8.30 per share”.  

- if PWR trades for 30 days at $1 or more, the PWR shares will be dividended out (subject to Board approval - consider it done).  I stress this is just ME talking and NOT discussed or brought up w Jeff, but it makes me think that if we sell Montalva, it’ll be all or mainly cash.  Why would we want shares?   It would be really nice if we could get those proceeds dividended out to the shareholders!  

There would be no need to keep so much money in GRB, what for?
