Tomorrow will be devastationwhat kind of misrepresentation occured ... for a bought deal financing to go side ways .... 

AB ... should have fought for the proceedence of the BD to carry forward ... as any CEO would have at higher terms and more money ... 

CFO resigning and a revision for a lower BD and less capital .... SMELLS ... BIG TIME ... CFO probably didn't want to sign off on the liability nor did the banks feel comfortable with the liability ... 

THIS IS HUGE DISCLOSURE ISSUES ... AND SMELLS!!!!!!! 

$60m a loss a quarter .. only time this thing goes bankrupt ... 

Whats next ,,, ?! Opening a 100,000 square feet location in Mayfair london as marketing ? give me a break. .. stupid company.
