RE:I agree OptAgreed Rick a reverse split in this case is from a position of strength, with all past experience for me has been attempts to create strength from a position of weakness and none worked out well for me. The main concern for me is as you mentioned the big money is not concerned about the SP and/ or if it takes another year to let the split settle out and the SP start showing gain on pre split levels....but for the many of the longs, myself included, having a significant amount of my coin invested for 4yrs is not the norm for me but with FIRE there was hope of gain in the short term but is was clear from fairly early on that they were prepping for the legal non-med market, but to wait for another extended period of time to see reasonable gains post split is not somthing I am prepared to do unless the reasoning from the company is sweet enough to stay the course, JMHO....Opt

So I say, give us the reason you think this is needed. The value of the company wouldn`t change. Big investers don`t care if they double $2 or $10 . I do think we would not be as liquid though, small investers would shy away from 10 or 20 dollar stocks.I say get up to full production and see what our SP is and see if it is needed at that time , then put it forward with the reason why its needed. Something just doesn`t seem right about this. I have been involved in over a half dozen reverse splits over the years and none of them worked out well for me.I have lots of theories but not going to go into them here. I`ve been in here for four years and have 157k that says no to the split, yes to everything else. Rick
