Curious about said 1:5 Reverse Split Vote

Curious about said 1:5 Reverse Split VoteI agree with the majority of this board, regarding the lack of information on the reverse split. I believe I have conducted a thourough research of the company, and I do not understand the logic behind this proposal.

The company has strong fundementals, lazer focus approach to quality product, but has failed miserably, at marketing the company/products to the public, and to date is not competitive regarding market cap, and share price.

A reverse split at this point shows the share price is weak, has no traction, which may make it vulnerable to further market pressure.  The market usually doesn't perceive this positively, it indicates the stock price has gone to the bottom, and the company management is attempting to inflate the prices artificially.

In order to make this split comparable, the share price would have to be $8.50, which is ludicrous to think it will happen anytime soon. For the investors who were thinking of reaching the 5 dollar range, with the split the SP would have to be 25 dollars.

I do believe in this company, but if they do decide to go ahead with a split, I'll take my loses, and sell. In my opinion it becomes such a high risk proposal, unless the company can convince otherwise.
