The optics look bad on so many levels.

The optics look bad on so many levels. In my 12 years of trading I have never seen a revised bought deal, and further to that a CFO resigning just before it was revised.  What’s worse they tried to hide the news in the middle of the night on a friday.  Come on really?   I currently hold no positions and actually sold at a loss from and overnight thursday buy.   Obviously did not see this coming but glad I’m not in for the imminent hammer drop.  What’s worse the CEO actually said they revised the bought deal based on market volatility.  Find me another scenario like this in the last 10 years and I will stand corrected.   Otherwise this comment is total BS.
