RE:RED,, Weed -5%Agreed jpm but do understand the negative reaction, as I have been through a few over the years and always been a loser...in all past cases the split was done from weakness to give the iillusion of strength with the newly created higher SP. The opposite is true here as FIRE's position is legitimate and the split would be done through strength.
Between Trans and I we have over a million shares, only thing is I paid at least twice what he did so based on past experience with rev splits I am not thrilled with splits, but this time it is not from a position of weakness/ smoke and mirrors....that said there are millions more shares held by the longs and they have been trying to shake those shares out for some time, as they will just slow the SP rise, as we start taking profits at $3-8...with the split we will have to hold for longer and with less shares sold over a longer period of time will not impact the SP in a material way.
If the selling starts now, pre split, we will just see $1.30 and maybe lower again and once they get all the weak hands out for pennies on the dollar they will capitalize on the SP growth based on sales/ revenue...to vote against the split is futile as Canaccord et al plus insiders hold enough shares to pass the split whether we all vote against it or not....a 3:1 split would be the best case scenerio for all, JMHO....Opt

If you want new money being invested , then you have to go where the new money is. I don't care if i have 500k shares @ $2 or 100k @ $10, same value difference. The "value" of the company will go up or down regardless of # of o/s shares.
