RE: If its so good for shareholdersI take you at your word Rick and sense your concern but I don't see that downside....if sales for current quarter are $15-20mil, with 2 1/2wks of the quarter pre legalization, with double the sales for first quarter '19 or at least by the second quarter of '19, does that change your concern of the split if or when it happens?....what am I missing?
I see the SP heading north on the fundamentals, split or no split...the reverse splits I have experienced were just the opposite, the companies were junior oils all spec/ hope and not solid on the fundamentals...FIRE is not floundering and has not floundered to date, JMHO....Opt

No. I think I have just wittnessed the first sleezy thing that fire has done, maybe not intentional, I hope, but this was done wrong. Peopele wanted John to step down, now you got it a financier in charge that you all wanted. Now we get this, how to deal with it??Ask questios, there may be good answers. Vote NO to reverse split. If it for future use, then call a special meeting at that time and explain why it is nessary. Right now it isn`t. Less float meens less liquidity. Higher value investors hold. Why is it a company , not a favorite, like PUF just done a forward 5- 1 split?? what is their thinking? Like I said earlier, my spider sensors are tingling for the first time on Fire. There is no reason I can think of to do this other to try to get on the big board in New york and say I am one of the big boys. I think that would be a new stratagy that could sink us. Sorry for the rant but I am beside myself right now. Lets hope everything works out well for all. Rick
