Curious about said 1:5 Reverse Split Vote

Curious about said 1:5 Reverse Split VoteAs mentioned in previous posts from other members, to date they have been executing a solid business plan operationally, ie:producing a high quality product.

If the vote is passed, and the company does not exercise it's right to consolidate immediately, it could be a useful tool down the road, to assist in reaching milestones.

If they progress as planned, with NR regarding the expansion, a strong Q2, and Q3, the company should be able to reach a solid SP organically, hence graduating to other exchanges without a split.

If a split takes place, and the SP is respectable, there is a better chance at getting a comparable share price if they execute the consolidation.

As an investor my goal is to make money, not hope to make money. I like the potential of this stock, but in fairness, it is a penny stock, in a very volatile market, and should be treated as such. Investing is technical, and there's never any guarantees.

I believe if the NRs are being delivered in a timely fashion, the expension is completed as planned, if their marketing strategy unfolds in a positive manner, and the product continues to reach the market, there should be a good future for this company

In my opinion, a split at this point of time is very risky.

Just hope everyone can reach their respective goals.
