RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:30 daysSolid post Fundy. I contacted FSD's investor relations department just to confirm that the 20 day average was tied to closing date rather than the definitive agreement date. It is indeed the former as you have stated. All other points you made are valid. I see things very similarly. Another point of interest perhaps is if you assume that the deal falling through would result in a stock price of $4.20 USD, and that a successful deal would result in a stock price of $13.72 USD, then you can create 3 basic formulas with 3 variables and solve for what a given stock price corresponds to in terms of the likelihood of a deal. The $7.80 close corresponds to a 38.82% chance of success. I think the actual odds are much higher than that so I think it's a good buy at $7.80. I bought initially at $5.22 and more recently at $8.05 in the name of full disclosure! But I'm just a small fish.....
