Regarding time frame, I don't think that these three (3) SpinCos you mentioned will be trading soon. However, SpinCo #1 (I believe) 10557404, might be listed and trading by the end of 2018 or the beginning of the new year, IMHO. By now all original investors of Telferscot must have received a VIF (Voting Instruction Form) along with the Information Circular (Notice of Special Meeting of Shareholders). Meeting will be held on November 26, at the offices of Grove Corporate Services in Toronto, Ontario. I just found out that shareholders already approved a name change from a numbered corporation to CB2 Insights Inc. I did not receive any proxies for that vote! Anyway it's an amalgamation between 10557404 or CB2 Insights and MVC Technologies Inc. This time the exchange is one (1) post-consolidated common share for up to 16.5 pre-consolidated common share. I did some research on MVC Technologies and it seems to be a pretty good deal, even though we end up owning 2.15 % of the new corporation while current shareholders of MVC will hold the rest (97.85%). After all I look at this as a bonus! GLTA.
