Class Action Notice

Class Action NoticeI received a message in Canada about qualifying for a class action suit against YINGLI. I no longer own shares but am curious whats going on here. CRAZY how this is at .18 cents when 10 years ago it was over $150.00...Unreal. Anyone know more about this?
