How do you spell mis-management C-O-R-T-E-X

How do you spell mis-management C-O-R-T-E-XWhere to begin....

Purchased a work flow company for over $7M on revenues of $2M and net profit of $1M...that's a 7 year payback...provided they can maintain the customer base.

In doing so they have raped their cash reserves and are talking about going back to the market, thus diluting the shares. Seems like we've been here before and after everyone took a bath on the 50 to 1 consolidation, they are back to their old tricks again. This was not a strategy, it is a way to muddy the waters to hide the incompetence at play.

This is a $12M company that can't sell it's value proposition and has not shown any ability to grow organically.

Caveat emptor And don't take my word for it...do your research.
