I think TRPX got the better end of these negotiations. I would be very interested to know how much HUGE would hav eto pay TRPX to get out of the deal as a penalty.
I think TRPX was in a power position becasue they had another interested party in CURE that HUGE had to outbid.
Still pretty confident in this moving forward. But it is possible that HUGE managment was caught off gaurd a bit but the drop in there SP and are trying to make changes to the deal. I would hope not, they should certainly have been prepared for the possibility.
