My timelines have come directly from Tetra's statements, but this highlights the your lack of focus and understanding of the business and the statements made by Tetra themselves. Which is fine it's clear that you're a true Pumper it's obvious that you're more FOCUSED on making references to notorious bashers, and chirping from the peanut gallery than anything. Definition of a "Pumper" someone who bashes even those who support the company but are disappointed with certain outcomes... Just pump endlessly if that's how you want to roll, you're probably in the next room to Gkmack himself, the uselessness of your post is very obvious.
I don't pull punches when they are deserved... Tetra had previously said 2 things that aren't sitting well with me and is the reason for my lack of "optimism" for Tetra in 2018. They have missed the mark as far as execution and that was one of my biggest concerns with Chamberland is that he falls into the "His company" mentality and begins to treat past milestones and statements as soft targets more than an indication of execution and integrity of the management team.
You and I don't control the shareprice so why do you act and talk like Guy Chamberland does? He needs to keep his word, which is his company's word. Regardless of when or who made the statement these two statements were made and we have yet to hear anything about either of these within their stated timelines. Anyone who is an investor should have no problem saying what is unacceptable. Just because Frobin2 isn't paying attention doesn't validate his $hit fly approach to responding to valid concerns from a long-time investor. Your respones does highlight how little knowledge you have about Tetra and "the plan"... You say, "The Majority of Bio-Pharma's Fail..." - Ya because Bio-Pharma companies have ever seen the introduction of cannabis before? Honestly think before you talk. It's like saying Internet companies fail in the middle of the .com bubble, it's a useless small-minded statement that does nothing but validate why you can't lump Tetra into the category of "every other Failed Bio-Pharma"... dandelions and cannabis are 2 very different bio-pharma related inputs FYI.
Tetra stated:
1. The announcement of the OTC Pharma partner would come within 30 days of legalization for competitive reasons... They have offered ZERO explanation as to why this has now been mentioned through IR that the announcement will come in 2019. Some have speculated that this is because of the Health Canada rules and regulations and that since these aren't pending that it's likely holding back the pharma entity in distributing the products which we were hoping would be ready for shelves and consumption in 2018 as prevsiouly indicated... If that is the case than say so publically that is reason for the delay, because we could be waiting a very long time for any significant changes from Health Canada. legalization has occured, so what's the real hold up?
2. Tetra will announce the confirmation of the definitive agreements with Kamada and Azevedos in Q4-2018... So unless they have this already to go within the next few weeks, we're again waiting on Guy Chamberland to clarify items that should be clarified already in the form of an official media release. Recently we got a peice of information that these deals are complete, so where the F are the details, if you're okay not knowing this when they said they were going to announce this, that's on you. Don't shoot the messenger!!
- Meanwhile we announce a purchase of another company - Panag Pharma. You can look at it a couple different ways when it's basically an "all-share deal". Panag gets in lower thus providing them with more return on their $12 million sale tag. Dilution is greater because our shareprice is lower, thus once again us as the shareholders lose.
There are many things I don't like about all this right now, am I still on board with Tetra? Yes, absolutely, but waiting around for things that Management has stated would come within a certain time frame is not something I would like to see on a regular basis, and this is becoming much more regular. I'll give everyone the benefit of the doubt, including Guy Chamberland because he is the reason why our pipeline is what it is today. I haven't sold a single share to date but I do not plan to add more either, there should've been enough catalysts to take us north of $2, manipulation and market conditions have prevented that, not a huge deal, but Tetra still needs to EXECUTE THE PLAN!! Have a nice day!

The strategy of do then talk is a good one in most cases but the shareholders seem to be the ones baring the brunt of this strategy right now. We have some clarification and a rehashing of a few names in this mornings release but we need to kick things in high gear. I'm talking DIN expectations and approval dates, the unmasking of any new distributors and clarity on the remeaining agreements. I bought this stock because i believed in the product and the original plan, it's starting to seem like we're becoming big pharma by buying little pharma rather than developing a product and siezing upon it's growth.
Glad someone else shares a similar perspective. I've been really patient with Tetra in 2018, here we are almost December. Yet we haven't sustainted a $1.30-$1.50 bottom range which I thought was possible moving forward from January of this year. We buy Phyto Pain Pharma, we buy Panag Pharma, and eventually we'll buy Quantum Pharma (Ford Pharmacy's Pharma division). All of which are expenditures and add depth to the Tetra Bio Pharma umbrealla, but maybe Chamberland is going to drag this thing out longer than we expected him to do?
I truly believe that with a successful phase 3 clinical on PPP001, and a DIN# application by Tetra with Health Canada is coming within the next 3-6 months. Which I'll be around here to see if the market actually decides to wake up to what Tetra is doing, and the potential the pharma drug has on the open GLOBAL market. Tetra needs more European and US based pharma partnerships for their products, that in-turn will result in more sales over the same term if we didn't have those partneship deals. Sure Tetra can't sell themselves short and give up too much with these partners but the Europe based partners are definitely worth it because I can't see Tetra wanting to market / commercialize overseas, it makes much more sense to partner.
Meanwhile I'm trying to figure out if Tetra has a plan to enter the US market or if they plan to partner with pharma in the US and get a licensing / royalty deal for PPP001, and then eventually gain further support for their other drugs. I'm hearing more and more evidence from the medical community that CBD / THC oil for pain is working, there are people post-surgery who are being prescribed Oxys and Fentanyl, and they are getting off of those drugs in favour of CBD / THC oil... Sure nice to have a clinical trial on going with Health Canada for both those things related to "Chronic pain", the other clinical is the fentanyl vs. PPP001 trial for "breakthrough pain". When Tetra has DIN#'s for various ailments this thing will be much larger than anticipated simply because there aren't many currently in a phase 3 clinical. There will be for sure now that everything is "legal" and R&D can happen more openly and less restriced, but the fact is Tetra has a diverse prodcut mix ready for market, but zero or very little plan to show us shareholders how they intend to MAKE MONEY!!!
Chamberland is holding the reigns on this thing, no other way to look at it. Let's just hope the delays and wow moment doesn't slip to 2020, I truly feel like the next 6 months should open some eyes here. Hang in there, but honestly Chamberland needs to execute the plan, not talk about everything but the plan, two very different things!
I don't know if I'd rather listen to you or Gmack at this point. The Company needs to take their time with things, as they are super ambitious about their future, and things take a little longer than they are supposed to, so be it. Obviously you can see they are setting up the right moves in order to make ALL of this successful and go as planned. You do know that most bio tech companies fail right? Well, they're trying to avoid that.
We're all excited for TBP's future, but it needs to be done right. How do you know they have no plan? Because they haven't called you every day to let you know? You came up with these timelines and price predictions - not Tetra.
Your posts have been becoming less of optimism and "fighting the good fight" for this Company, and more about how Guy is screwing YOU and how much money you haven't made from them yet. Maybe your price and timeline predictions were wrong. You told people its going to be this price and this price by such and such date, and it didn't happen in your timeline and now you're P*ssed off. Good - get a hobby and wait for things to happen the right way. As much as Gmack is a serious loser, you've seriously gotten delusional over the past month or two. I don't know who is worse. Thank god for the sanity of the FB page, which I assume you're not a part of or else we'd hear this all there too.
Regarding your impatience with the news, maybe this was out of their control. It seems like big deals like this take time, and maybe they didn't realize it would take longer than expected. I feel like you know the reasons why these things are being delayed, but you just don't like the fact that Guy himself is not contacting you to explain the situation. Do you know how that sounds? Why would a Company justify doing that? Why would a company release a NR justifying a delay? What company does that? That would be negative to their SPs and the faith of their investors. In their defense, the NorthBud delay was explained to us, which honestly, they didn't need to do, but it was cool that they did. Respect to that.
Anyway I feel like TBP is taking over your life. Gmack trolls and he's an idiot, but this stuff makes you super mad and its kinda scary. I appreciate your passion for TBP, because I love this Company too, but I feel like you've changed over the past month or two. You were the flagship dude to keep us all optimistic when times are tough, and now you almost seem manic. Have a great holiday weekend - enjoy some time off with your family, trust Guy and the rest of the crew, and they will not disappoint come 2019.
