It's sad that part of me believes this... He seemed so sure of this company in his interview from some time ago, why leave now? And after the late filings of family members trading? How does this look?


1. I doubt he left voluntarily. Shareholders have been pushing for his departure for a while now.
2. He is not sheltered from any future lawsuits for stock fraud just because he is no longer a part of the company.
