The big honest mistake was Little Bow ASP - when oil was $100.  Others made that mistake too - HSE, PXX, etc they just didn't bet the company...BoD approved it too...  In any event, this is the risk we take as investors when we invest in these small caps...FYI, I made a lot on TBE and will lose a lot here but I take responsibility for my decisions here whereas with TBE, I felt the whole process was unfair (same with PXX by the way).

Besides, this WCS discount killed this stock - the actions by the big boys (Ottawa, Alberta, integrated producers) is the single biggest reason why the share and debenture price tanked recently and is the cause for this proposal.
