Why is everyone so obsessed with a "deal"?You can't just take any deal. Of course, a sensational deal will lead to a good upswing in share price but then sober heads will prevail. A deal is going to lead to dilution unless the partner slowly acquires shares on the open market. That means the equity partner must bring something to the table besides cash. We already have plenty of cash. The equity partner must have the ability to help significantly increase revenue aside from bringing cash. Right now, if APHA is able to move all of it's production, APHA will show massive profits. Why would we want to forever split those profits with more shareholders in exchange for some cash that is not needed? Not just any deal will do.
