M&A business is very robust and this tech is a stand alone. i personally think SPR management does not want to give this company away and are holding out for real value. i'm sure some big suitors have knocked on the door already with offers and may of been turned away as they wanted to steal the tech. Sproutly team knows what they have. hold tight buy more at this price is crazy good.
Why would a "big suitor" with an offer allow themselves to be just turned away? That's not how it works unless management own the majority of shares out, not sure if they do. An offer of .75 and virtually every other investor would jump in line for them. Sad, but that's how the markets are these days; everyone is a penny flipper and profit taker at the first opportunity, including most of the institutional guys. And could SPR tech even command the $120M? Seems like a lot with no revenue yet in the crosshairs frankly.
The market is looking for some indication that there's a chance of a major recognizable brand name collaboration. That's it that's all. Go SPR
