But dont get me wrong they will keep a dark cloud over their head for a while.
The "shares" cant be "seized" even if insiders are out. Their Options will get cancelled unless they exercise. but its not like if their owner shares will disappear.
Fraser has been working with ASNT pre-public, YES, however pre-public ASNT has never been in default with government officials under a very strict regulatory program. This will change the optics of Fraser when it comes to ASNT. (here think about Namaste working with Tilray.... they were working with them... and then the Quebec drama came around and then TLRY decided to cut ties with Namaste so did APH.)
Fine it might take a year to resolve this in court..... and if they succeed its gonna take another year to gain back their licenses and more to that they will be put on the back burner no matter the outcome of the settlement.
USA is no fool, if you think you can screw Health Canada and get a green pass in the U.S you are dreaming!!!!
Again, good luck with ASNT, i dont own 1 single share, will there be a trade with this one? for sure, because they do have assets, capital in the bank,
but those assets will be on SALE very soon desperately looking for a buyout. in fact, i bet Aurora is already on the phone hahaha.

- It wouldve taken a long time to actually utilize 710,000 sq feet of space, so you can count that out as any near term reason for a rise in SP. Plus, selling it means theyll just use the funds to buildout their US operations.
"The 3 fired today ,are they going to dump their 100 million shares ? Will the CSE allow this ?"
- The shares could be seized, an updated NR will tell us that info
"Simon Fraser University going to continue associating themselves with a company associated with black market activities?"
- That was pre public, I see no reason for the termination of the university study and agreement, nothing was mentioned in the NR, thus we can assume it's still in tact.
"lawyers will take 2-5 years to resolve this mess ? You ready to wait that long ?"
- The dispute is with Health Canada and will not take 2-5 years as the lawyers are advisers and there are no legal preceedings or court case wait times (youre reaching with this statement)
"California licence not going to happen now .... Black market activities does not look good on an application!!"
- You have no insight into this matter. This is just your opinion, an opinion which will never prevent ASNT from obtaining additional licenses in multiple states
