Even if all of the traunches are exercised by the 4 LP’s NAC struck a deal with in October, an equal distribution of shares would equal approx 6% ownership per LP. If they stick with the initial traunch they are way under given NAC’s fully diluted share count (135M)

In any case, I have investments in both. I just wanted to see how you arrived at the conclusion that NAC was in violation of Ontario’s guidelines. There are too many smart business people involved in NAC for them to mess this up.
