RE:RE:the detailsIf I’m incorrect I will admit I’m wrong. I read the legal paper (Ont Regulation 468/18) and have also asked IR for clarification. Aphria, VIVO, CannTrust, etc are not affiliates of one another so I think the 9.9% rule is per LP. In any case, I’ll leave it at that and post if I hear anything.
