The key phrase here is "the daily volume weighted average share price". The VWAP was in excess of $8.00 at the close of trading November 1 and has not been below the $8.00 level since then until the close of trading yesterday, which is 14 trading days. If today's VWAP is above $8.00 the condition for the Acceleration Trigger will have been satisfied. If so expect an announcment to that effect.
