Curious. 

28 million US  X 85 % = 23.8 million US

23.8 / 116,375,152  TMI.B shares outstanding. = 20 cents US per share approx. 

20 cents US  X Cdn exchange rate 1.32 approx = 26.9 cents  approx per share for TMI.B

yup and the moral of the story is never ever believe what people say are sure things on Stock House.
