RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Possible C$0.08 to C$0.12 per CLY share in 2019The day to day operations were run by Shane and Ernie. Not the BOD. This deal is likely to pass. Hopefully it is improved on the equity side for the share holders. Stableview will be the largest shareholder of the new Clarocity shell nonetheless. It is in their best interrest to make something of it. The shell is worth between 2 - 6 cents after the deal is closed. IMO. If we could get 8-12 cents I would be thrilled. We have a better shot a that than the current Clarocity.
