so impressive - predicting commodity prices a whole year from now, not to mention the future stock price of Zargon in late 2019.
some of us have actually read the debenture prospectus..... any PIK in stock will have to be voted on in a separate proposal and accepted by 66% of the holders. Usually a stock PIK is for 1.5 times the outstanding interest in cash that is due. That's a typical offer in this rather atypical situation...... but you knew that right???? ROTFLMFAO
