I did mean 2017 Scotty. No he didn't think the rest of the shareholder should get more. As I said in my original post on the conversation he postures that he's already being altruistic. He's in sort of the same boat as the rest of the shareholders. ILA is only willing to put up C$1.8M and accept a level of dilution. He needs shareholders' "yes" vote on the deal. That could be leverage. He also need ILA to be successful. He mused that maybe ILA might up their offer after they complete DD (they could also walk away); possibly that could become an equity sweetener that flows to all shareholders. There are some large blocks out there, and a vote in favor, notwithstanding StableView's large position, cannot be deemed as a certainty. Thank you for a positive forward looking post. Frankly, I find the whiners and angry posters unhelpful.
