RE:my guess for the HaltPossibly but do they need this right now? They have the 5 mil private financing and partenerships with Elevate, Groupe NDUOM, Maple Leaf Holdings, Danosa, and Custom Complex Structures. They are also getting a lot of deposits up front. I guess it's possible they need to raise money for the HiFarms deal but they should be covered for their other contracts no ?
