A FEW QUESTIONS FOR NG????Re your IHUB post of today...
1) just out of curiosity...what happened to the rest of the Amarillos concessions that Jorge had?....ie...the balance of the Amarillos Sur and Norte concessions? Regardless of whether MSX or Jorge could ever raise the money to mine his three remaining concessions...how would they gain access? These three concessions are surrounded by many Barrick concessions at PL, and Jorge’s concessions would be subject to the same environmental restrictions as the rest of the PL properties that ABX owns.
2) why is it you think both CMN/ ABX and the BCSC will need to be in Chile to be in the same courtroom? What’s wrong with Vancouver? For what reason would the BCSC employees ever pay to get on a plane to go to Chile? Do you think the BC gov. or the Chilean gov. is going to fund the trip?
3) do tell...who would be issuing the international arrest warrants?
4) so Jorge has nothing to do with the sanctions BJ will be levied on Dec. 21st? Who supplied the incorrect and misleading information that BJ published? Do you not think Jorge bears some responsibility? Just how culpable is he? He was after all, the recipient of the funding raised because of these statements.
5) NG...do you think you have the proof to support the statements you proffer on IHUB...aside from the Rol. Numbers? ....which might as well be worthless!
