Yes, that's all info most of us are aware of here about tgif. But at the same time it's obvious tgif lost the "First Licensed in Navada" advantage. They should have been far more better positioned by now let's face it. Hate to admit it but 1933 industries is small fry now compared to what's out there and can easily be pushed out of the way as a competitor in Nevada by much bigger players. Their best bet now is to actually get bought out. Unfortunately too little too late for them in my opinion to compete. Just saying.
