very large vols  often occur near a  top and later near a  bottom ... may be our new & recent  bottom base  is here.
also 1 more to look at on this weekly chart  is when SP violate the Lower BB and step back in (espacially when Very large vols oocur at same time) could indicate a switch in trend in making or an upswing in making... time will tell   but I would say a worth watching from here... GL
