RE:BuyingHoffbag, I hope you are right that indeed the market is giving this company away.  I have taken my position too albeit at slightly higher share prices and I am being careful with additional capital allocation for now.

I think the recent price action is not good and the only way to turn this sentiment/trend around IMO is for management to deliver some solid Q4 results and some positive cash flow from asset recycling.  So I am looking forward to the earnings release in January or early February.

In the meantime, I kind of view the US$.315 ex dividend today as a sort of "rebate" on my higher price purchases. :)
