What makes you think there is going to be "The" or "One" media deal? The UK and Europe has legal sports betting the US does not.
State by state marketing is very different from Regional or National marketing and requires different tactics. Sports betting is not ingrained in the culture in the US like in Europe. Even in the States where its legal, there will be limitations. You don't see NFL players running around on the field with marketing patches on their jerseys.
You don't start marketing until you are actually OPERATING and for most States that is still a long way away. Securing state by state licenses in the US is prudent, spending money on marketing deals is a bit premature.
