There is no way in heck that sales will hit anywhere close to the $4B mark for any of the weed companies by the end of 2019. In fact, I would be surprised if legal weed sales hits your $4B mark for the entire sector as a whole by the end of the 2019 fiscal year.
Take a look at Canopy who has already gone through 2 quarters of their 2019 fiscal year and they have sold only less than $50M to this point in time. Even with Aurora doing much better at something like $35M in total proforma sales for their first quarter, there is absolutely no way that any of these companies will hit the $500M mark for this year, let alone be at $4B by year end.
Total crazy talk here, especially when you consider the fact that these companies don't even have their supply chain in place yet as clearly evident by the empty store shelves and multi-day closures which the stores are going through due to having no product available for sale.
Guess what, if you can't get your product to market, your sales will not amount to very much.

longonmj - there Is plenty of supply. Store closures because of no product are due to the lotto system in place. Not every store gets product every week. They input their order, and hope they get picked to receive supply. Blaming the mj companies is not the problem. Blaming the controlled squelched down system is.
Plenty of supply....right. Not legal stuff.
Canada’s struggle to supply legal weed described as ‘national shortage’ that could last months
One of the basic 4 P’s in marketing, no Product... you are done... people can buy from their guy cheaper ;) nothing changes.
