I'll say that isn't normal, Jaycee usually gets back to me within a couple hours at the latest. I would take that as a sign that she is extremely busy, which is good considering part of her job is fulfilling orders.
When my operations manager doesn't have time to answer questions from clients that means he has so many orders piled on his desk that I want hm focused on processing them. Hopefully that's the case here.
